HALAL TURKEY DICE TABOULE
- 150g diced Réghalal turkey
- 300g durum wheat semolina
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- the juice of 3 lemons
- mint leaves
- flat parsley
- salt, pepper
Peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes. Also cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Put the raw semolina in a salad bowl and add the juice of 3 lemons, the olive oil, the salt and pepper and mix.
Add the diced cucumber and tomatoes, then the diced turkey, and mix again.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Slice the mint leaves and chop the flat parsley.
Before serving, add the mint and flat parsley and mix one last time.
