PAPRIKA FLAVOURED HALAL CHICKEN THIGHS
- 4 Réghalal chicken thighs
- 2 lemons
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of Provence herbs
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt, pepper
Chop the garlic and the onion.
Mix them with the lemon juice, the oil, the Provence herbs and the paprika. Marinate the halal chicken thighs in this mixture in the refrigerator for one night.
Brown them in a frying pan. When they are nice and brown, put them in kitchen parchment or aluminium foil, pour over the marinade and close the parcels.
Cook them in the oven at 220°C (gas mark 7-8).
Reduce the marinade in a pan and serve the cooked chicken thighs with this sauce.
