ORLOFF STYLE HALAL ROAST TURKEY
- 1 Réghalal turkey fillet
- 8 slices of medium mature Gouda type cheese
- 8 slices of Réghalal turkey bacon
- 25 cl of fresh cream
Cook the seasoned turkey fillet in the oven in a baking dish (gas mark 5/6).
After cooking for 50 minutes, slice the fillet almost all the way through, leaving the slices attached to each other.
Place a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon between each slice.
Put the fillet back into the baking dish and pour the cream over it.
Place back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Finish slicing and serve with the sauce that has formed.
