MINI HALAL CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE PASTILLAS

Ingredients

- 10 slightly damp sheets of Brik pastry
- 25 g melted butter
- 50 ml olive oil
- 3 Réghalal chicken escalopes, finely diced
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli pepper, finely sliced
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
- ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon of ground coriander seed
- salt and pepper
- some coriander leaves for decoration

Preparation

Chop the onion, the chilli pepper and the carrot before sweating them in a little olive oil for 6-7 minutes in a frying pan over moderate heat. Then add the spices and the previously cut cubes of chicken meat.
Continue to cook for about 5 minutes without forgetting to stir from time to time
Take the Brik pastry sheets and garnish them with the filling. Fold them into a pretty square before slightly buttering them
Cook in the oven pre-heated to 180° for about 20 minutes.   Enjoy!
