HERB FLAVOURED HALAL CHICKEN BALLS
- 1 kg of Réghalal chicken escalope
- 100g of chopped almonds
- 1 egg white
- 6 sprigs of mint
- 6 sprigs of coriander
- salt, pepper
Start by pre-heating your oven to 200°C
While the oven is pre-heating, remove the stems from the mint and coriander and wash the leaves.
Cut the chicken fillets into square pieces and mix them with the egg white, the mint leaves, the coriander leaves, salt and pepper in a mixer bowl. Mix to obtain a paste. Add the almonds before mixing the preparation quickly again, then make the balls.
Put the balls on a silicone baking sheet before putting them in the oven for 10 minutes.
Serve hot or cold! Enjoy!
