HALAL TURKEY AND CURRY MINI SKEWERS

Ingredients

- 1 Réghalal turkey fillet 
- 3 pots of plain yoghurt
- Salt, pepper
- 3 red chilli peppers
- garlic, ginger, curry
- the juice of 2 lemons
- 3 bell peppers - wooden skewers

Preparation

Cut the turkey fillet into small cubes.
Cut the bell peppers into small squares.
Mix the yoghurt, the spices, the garlic and the finely chopped chilli peppers in a salad bowl with the lemon juice.
Add the meat and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Put about five pieces of turkey on each skewer separated by bell pepper cubes.
Grill the mini skewers over a barbecue for about 12 minutes to obtain a delicious halal appetiser.
