HALAL QUICHE LORRAINE
- 150g of Réghalal smoked poultry lardons
- Shortcrust pastry
- 4 eggs
- 50 cl fresh cream
- grated cheese
- salt, pepper
Preheat your oven to 200°C (gas mark 6-7).
In a suitable container, mix the eggs, the fresh cream, the salt and the pepper.
Brown the halal smoked poultry lardons in a frying pan for a few minutes without any added fat or grease.
Roll the shortcrust pastry and line a pie dish with it. Make fork holes in the pastry before pouring in the egg and cream mix.
Add the fried smoked poultry lardons over the top.
Sprinkle all over with grated cheese.
Cook in the oven for about 35 minutes.
Cut the quiche into 6 slices and tuck in!
