HALAL PUFF PASTRY APPETISERS

Ingredients

- 6 Réghalal poultry sausages or 1 200g pack of Réghalal poultry cocktail sausages
- Puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk
- fresh cream
- mustard

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
Roll out the puff pastry and coat it with a mixture of fresh cream and mustard.
Place the halal sausages on the pastry and roll them.
If you are using whole sausages, cut them into 4 or 5 equal slices after having rolled them in the pastry. If you are using cocktail sausages, roll each one in pastry individually.
Baste the puff pastry rolls with an egg yolk in a little water and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C while checking often towards the end of the baking.
