HALAL POULTRY RISOTTO

Ingredients
- 500 g risotto rice
500 g of Réghalal turkey escalope, diced
1 red chilli pepper, 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes, 2 large sliced mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons of raisins
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 tin of concentrated tomato purée
- curry powder
- 1 l of chicken stock
- 1 to 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of parmesan
Preparation
Soften the garlic and onion in a pan with the olive oil. Add the diced turkey and brown thoroughly. Add the tomatoes, bell pepper, sliced mushroom, chilli and curry to taste. Add a large glass of water before adding the rice. Wait until it becomes transparent. Then gradually add the chicken stock until the rice has the consistency you want. Finally add the tomato concentrate, the raisins and the parmesan and stir gently.
