HALAL CHORIZO QUICHE
- 1 Réghalal poultry and veal dry chorizo sausage
- Shortcrust pastry
- 4 eggs
- 50 cl fresh cream
- grated cheese
- salt, pepper
- Provence herbs
Preheat your oven to 200°C (gas mark 6-7).
In a suitable container, mix the eggs, the fresh cream, the salt, the pepper and the Provence herbs
Roll the shortcrust pastry and line a pie dish with it. Make fork holes in the pastry before pouring in the egg and cream mix.
Dice the tomato and finely slice the halal chorizo before placing them on the preparation.
Sprinkle all over with grated cheese.
Cook in the oven for about 35 minutes.
Cut the quiche into 6 slices and tuck in!
