HALAL CHICKEN WITH SUN DRIED TOMATOES COOKED IN A PAPER WRAPPER
- 2 Réghalal chicken fillets
- 4 sun dried tomatoes (shop bought or home made)
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped basil
- 2 cooked artichoke hearts, finely diced
- the juice of 1 lemon
- salt, pepper
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Thinly slice the halal chicken fillets and spread them over two sheets of kitchen parchment.
Season with salt and pepper.
On top, add the chopped basil and the sun dried tomatoes cut into small cubes, then the diced artichoke. Drizzle with lemon juice, hermetically seal the paper into a wrapper.
Put the wrappers in a hot oven for about 25 minutes.
