HALAL CHICKEN MINI FILLETS WITH LEMON CREAM
- 500 g of Réghalal mini chicken fillets
- 20 cl of cream
- the juice of 1 lemon
- 1 onion
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
In a bowl, mix the cream and the lemon juice with a pinch of salt and pepper. Put to one side.
Heat the oil in a high sided frying pan and cook the sliced onion for 1 to 2 minutes.Add the halal mini fillets. Season, cover and cook for 10 minutes.Using a fork, turn over the mini fillets and cover again, cook for 5 to 10 minutes.When the mini fillets are cooked, turn off the heat and pour in the lemon cream. Season if necessary.
Serve with rice and fried or steamed courgettes.
