DICED HALAL TURKEY MEAT WITH CURRY AND CREAM
- 4 Réghalal turkey escalopes
- 2 egg yolks- 300 ml of liquid cream- 1 tablespoon of curry powder- 1 tablespoon of oil
Dice the halal turkey escalopes and put the pieces in a plate.
Beat 2 egg yolks and mix with the pieces of turkey.
Sprinkle with curry and mix together.
Heat your pan with a little fat and add your diced turkey. Cook for about 10 minutes.Put the cream into a bowl and add a little curry to taste. Mix well.
When the turkey is cooked, pour in the sauce and stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
