HALAL CHICKEN FILLET AND COURGETTE PENNE

Ingredients

- 4 Réghalal chicken fillets
- 500 g of penne rigate
- 5 fleshy courgettes
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 1 large pot of fresh cream
- 1 portion of parmesan cheese
- salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- curry and Espellete pepper powder
- fresh basil leaves

Preparation

Dice the chicken fillets and brown them in a spoon of olive oil.
Sprinkle with Espelette pepper.
Peel the courgettes and cut them into pieces Fry them in a splash of olive oil.
Cook the penne.
Add the cream to the courgettes, the pressed garlic, the salt, pepper, curry and diced chicken.
Pour over the drained penne and add fresh parmesan shavings and fresh basil leaves.
